b. Orders Not Received
Refunds or replacements will be considered for orders not received, provided that the tracking information confirms non-delivery. Additional documentation may be required.

c. Products Damaged
Full refunds or replacements will be issued for products that arrive badly damaged. Partial refunds or replacements may be considered for products with minor damages (excluding thread, slight wrinkles, small scratches, etc.).

d. Incorrect or Missing Products
We take full responsibility for incorrect or missing products. We offer refunds, replacements, or resend missing parts as needed.
